COMPLIMENTARY GLOBAL EXPRESS SHIPPING AURELIA VAULT is pleased to offer complimentary express shipping on all orders over $150 AUD. We partner with premium courier services (including Australia Post Platinum and DHL Express) to ensure your clinical-grade formulations arrive securely and promptly.

ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed and dispatched from our Melbourne facility within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Victorian public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

• Australia (Domestic): 1 – 3 Business Days via Express Post.
• International: 3 – 7 Business Days via DHL Express. (Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to courier delays or customs clearance processes beyond our control.)

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY & SECURITY Due to the high value of our formulations, all shipments require a signature upon delivery. We do not dispatch to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a collection card will be left by the courier.

DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS) For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. AURELIA VAULT cannot be held responsible for any customs delays.
